Yes, no exceptions. A turbo kit changes everything the factory calibration assumes about airflow and boost, and running one without a proper tune is how engines die. Get your tuner lined up before the kit arrives, tell them what you are running, and do not make full boost until the calibration is done. Most people are best served by a good local tuner who can put the car on a dyno.
